Recent Projects
Our most recent success has been working with one of the world's largest law firms on the research, design, implementation and strategy for a portal based intranet system. With a budget in excess of £1.5 million, a user base of over 5,000 people and forty offices worldwide, we helped develop the strategy planning of a large scale return on investment, stake holder buy-in, requirements gathering and governance structure development.

Consultancy included which technology to invest in, the collation and analysis of almost 2,000 business requirements, processes and user guidelines on how to transfer over sixteen million content items into the new system and input in to many other key areas.

Over the last few months, the firm have successfully launched phase one of the new intranet and using our consultancy strategy documentation, have now begun phase two.

Experience
Other recent consultancy work includes the telecommunications and media firms Cable & Wireless, ntl: and Virgin Media which involved various activities from intranet redesign to recommendations for integration after corporate mergers. The recommendations resulted in a measured improvement in the intranet systems, business processes and positive user feedback which ultimately enhanced the service given to their customers.
